Where to farm Fel Iron Ore in TBC. In order to get Fel Iron, you will need to mine Fel Iron Deposits which require a Mining skill of 300+. While some Fel Iron spawns in every zone, the best zones to farm Fel Iron by far are: Hellfire Peninsula, Zangarmarsh and Shadowmoon Valley.

Continuing your path straight on through Orebor Harborage then a small loop around Ango'rosh Grounds, do a little bit of a 180 loop and then head down past Sporeggar into the Spawning Glen always sticking to the side. Like the top of the map, stick to the cliffs and continue your journey right the way through, again mining any Fel Iron Ore you see.

Arathi is definetly the best place to go for iron ore. Obtained about 98 Iron, 14 Gold, 6 Silver, and 25 Tin, in about 2 hours. Dont forget to look in Bolderfist Hall, Bolderfist Outpost and the Drywhisker Gorge for extras along the way. And the Lake at Whiterbark Village normally has a few. Happy huntings :D

The best place to farm Adamantite Ore was and still is Shadowmoon Valley. One 30 min session yielded me 63 Adamantite, 53 Fel Iron Ore, 7 Eternium Ore, 3 green gems, 60 Motes of Earth and 7 Motes of Fire. The zone is smaller than Nagrand, so each lap takes perhaps 12 minutes.
