The 4th recommended quest has a 200% XP boost and is your best way to grind xp outside of keys. It rotates daily between 5 different quests. A Broken World of Twisted Shadows, The Menacing Castle, and Disturbing Whistle of Chaos (Piper) are all excellent for grinding, the other two not so much.
Preferably beingable to do at least 1 Battledia run per hour of grinding. Veterans: for rare capsules. Gigantic: for high end gear (low chance). Dungeons: for decent EXP (PSE's being higher) high end gear (medium chance). These would have a higher chance to drop Battledia passes. Battledia: for high end items gear (high chance).

About Extreme quests There is any particular reason to do a specific dungeon in the extreme quests or doesn't matter which one? and i was told to not do the level 70 stage or it will reset to lvl 1, so i keep spamming lvl 6065, right? but i heard that it gives you a reward at lvl 70...what it is? worth it to do it and reset the levels?
The drops seem to be the same between both versions, so it's a personal preference. 4player is easier to beat since dying doesn't fail it automatically and the order on stage 2 is easier (don't heal for 30 seconds, while the solo version is don't take damage). However, every enemy in 4player has more health to make up for it.
Grind isn't that bad. I'm completely free, started playing in September and have a max level Force with a Profound Rod that dropped from Persona. Each run consists of this: 30 seconds waiting for them to drop you down, 30 seconds total consisting mostly of running to the next parts, and 30 seconds of blowing up everything that spawns with the bombs. Each run takes 1~2 minutes that way. Leveling a new character makes it a breeze.

Take advantage of the current stage of people grinding for Atlus weapons. Buy a material weapon with 35 cap (prefer Sword/Twin machine gun because Hero), use rising badge 4 and exchange it to Chaos booster, grind them to +35 and exchange to the next tier in Zig. Extreme Solo. On January 13th, a new Extreme Quest will be added, with a few restrictions. It consists of a mere 10 floors and can only be cleared once per week.
